 New Styling and Finish Give Battery Chargers a New Look
The high power 24 volt Phase Three Battery Charger series now
has a new look. The case is now styled with an angular cover occupying
less cubic space than before. It sports a durable, white powder coat
finish that matches the trend toward all white engine room equipment.
45, 60 and 95 amp models are now in full production in this profile.
Unchanged
is the rugged internal "smart" charging technology circuit that
interacts with batteries to put them through the optimum three stage
charge process. This method provides for fastest recovery and
ideal conditioning, maximizing battery performance and extending
battery life.
These
units operate on 230 VAC input and are capable of "smart" charging up
to 3 battery banks. They feature an easy to read LED bar graph
indicating charging current and status. To ensure full battery life, a
selector switch allows users to adjust the output voltage to adapt for
Gel-Cell/Flooded Lead Acid/AGM battery types.
The
chargers also feature protections including input/output fuses, current
limiting, forced air cooling and a drip shield. Optional accessories
include a Temperature Probe to adjust charging voltage to battery due to battery temperature and DC Energy Monitor which reads and displays volts, amps and amp-hours.

Clean Up Your Wiring Act
 Electronic installations should look professional on and below the console. Newmar's junction boxes
provide a lasting professional appearance, and makes installers job
easier. Boxes feature multiple cable entry points and terminal strips
are provided, making adding electronics easy. BX series are splashproof
white cast alluminum and PX and EX series are waterproof plastic. A
complete line of terminal strips and bus bars are also available. |
